Service Level Agreements offer you a fixed yearly cost for the
spring open-up and the autumn close-down of your system. Dependant on the level
of service you select from the Service Proposals you could also benefit from a
reduced hourly rate for any other works you may require during the
season


BASIC COVER With this plan you do not have a service agreement, but receive
response to calls only.



BRONZE COVER Offers a spring & autumn service commission of your               
controller, tank, and, pump + detailed report.


                              
SILVER COVER Open/Close Agreement As Bronze plus: Mains & Valves Sprinklers & Valves Manual Automatic Open/Close + Detailed Report                                                                 
 


GOLD COVER Open/Close Agreement As Silver plus: Mid season check which will be similar to the
open-up schedule but will allow more time for repair works/training due to no
priming required + Detailed Report.
